Mild Out

Isn’t it.

There are very few pubs which have a mild on permanently in Cambridge and nearby pubs, but when they’re as good as the XX at the Free Press, or the Oscar Wilde at the Kingston Arms, I find they’re worth seeking out.

Here’s a list of all the Cambridgeshire pubs I’m aware of that have mild permanently, and some which are a good bet. Updates welcome.

Duke of Wellington, Willingham Greene King XX
Flying Pig, Cambridge Rudgate Ruby Mild
Free Press, Cambridge Greene King XX
Kingston Arms, Cambridge Mighty Oak Oscar Wilde
Prince Albert, Ely Greene King XX
Waggon and Horses, Milton Elgood’s Black Dog
Elm Tree, Cambridge One from B&T (Black Squirrel, Shefford Mild, Plum Mild etc)
Red Lion, Histon Guest mild
Worth a look
Cambridge Blue, Cambridge Guest mild
Haymakers/Queen Edith/Devonshire Arms, Cambridge One from Milton (Medusa, Minotaur etc)
Hopbine, Cambridge Guest mild
Live and Let Live, Cambridge Guest mild

Free Press XX Mild
